What areas do the Party Crew cover?
The Party Crew is based in the South East of England, we cover Kent, Essex, Surrey and London. However the Party Crew will travel outside of these areas.
Do you provide a written contract for our function and how do we choose what music we want?
The Party Crew sends out a professional and legal binding contract to the client for both piece of mind for both you and for us.

Once you have booked with us we send out to you the contract to sign and a confirmation booking form. This form offers you the chance to specify the general direction you would like the music to go in, for example party classics, but also specify any specific tracks that you would like to hear on the night.
Are you insured and is your equipment safe?
The Party Crew has £5 million of Public Liability Insurance (PLI) in case of an accident, although this isn't a legal requirement it does make common sense.

By law all of our equipment must be Portable Appliance Tested (PAT) yearly, this is to ensure the electrical saftey of the equipment. PAT testing is required by law and many venues require this.
How will you dress for our event?
This mainly depends on the event, your DJ will always be presentable for whatever the event is. Our DJs will wear suitable clothing for the function this can be smart, casual or even black tie.

Maybe your event is themed, please let us know and we can accomodate this into our appearance.
